Ambedkar at the heart of RSS' centenary foundation day programme in Nagpur

On the RSS centenary, both chief Mohan Bhagwat and former president Ram Nath Kovind invoked Dalit icon BR Ambedkars ideas to highlight social unity and ideological alignment. Bhagwat cited Ambedkar to stress Indias inherent cultural unity and warn against forces causing unrest, while Kovind referred to Ambedkar and RSS founder KB Hedgewar as “nation builders,” noting the Sanghs emphasis on Ambedkarite principles alongside its own ideology.
