Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 4: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) J&K Chapter today launched its new initiative, “Startup Spark 1.0”, at Hotel Radisson, Jammu, to strengthen the startup ecosystem and promote entrepreneurship in the Union Territory.
