The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has summoned IndiGo Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pieter Elbers and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Isidre Porqueras on Wednesday as part of its investigation into the cancellation and delay of scores of flights.
