DGTR launches probe into cheap stainless steel imports from China, Indonesia, Vietnam

The Directorate General of Trade Remedies has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into cold-rolled flat stainless steel products imported from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. This probe follows a complaint by the Indian Stainless Steel Development Association, citing prima facie evidence of dumping causing injury to the domestic industry, including price depression and declining market share.
