Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Nov 1: Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar today flagged off the J&K Deaf Cricket team to New Delhi for its participation in the 9th All India T- 20 Indian Deaf Cricket Association tournament being held in the National Capital from November 3.
