Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Oct 15: The Department of Science and Technology, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, organized a two-day meeting of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) of the J&K Science, Technology & Innovation Council (JKST&IC).
