Sify Infinit files DRHP to raise Rs 3,700 crore in India's first data center IPO

Sify Infinit Spaces, part of Sify Group, has filed draft papers with Sebi for Indias first data center IPO worth ₹3,700 crore. Proceeds will fund expansions in Chennai and Navi Mumbai, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
