Tharchin takes over AG (Audit)

Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Nov 6: Tsewang Tharchin today took over as Accountant General (Audit), of Jammu and Kashmir. Tharchin, an officer of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service of the 2007 batch replaced K P, Yadaw who retired on superannuation on Oct 31. Tharchin belongs to Ladakh and did his schooling from Ladakh. He holds a BA from Kashmir University.
